Roman wants to be respected by Niko at the start of the game, but after a while he starts to think Niko is actually a maniac. Y'know- like how people in real life are. He's a crude guy on the surface, but it's clearly to cover up the fact that he's a complete baby. I'm not even saying this is deep-down psychology stuff, I'm just sayin this is what you can SEE when you play the game normally. He's into gambling and drinking and strippers because his actual life is crap- which we can see in cutscenes. Roman's insecurities are pretty clear through the amount of gay-jokes he makes, the fact that he goes to strip bars so much, and that he gives Niko a hard time about how he's dressed, how he looks, and that he's not meeting any girls. Roman is insecure about a lot of things INCASE YOU DIDN'T NOTICE. Brucie's a hyper confident alpha male, and it says a lot about Roman that this is the guy he loves to hang out with. But apart from that, he spends half the game in a kind-of ass-kissey relationship with Brucie.
When it burns down, he really goes nuts at Niko. Considering he came over looking for the land of opporunity and ended up living in a 1-room appartment, it's pretty much the only thing he has any pride in- and it's not great. He talks a lot about starting the cab company. Right from the start, that's pretty interesting. I bet a lot of people in real life emigrate from Europe to the US looking for the land of the free. You feel like this is probably what people told Roman before he got there, and he's using the same trick. He's all excited to get Niko over to the US, and gives him a load of lies about the American dream. Fast cars, fast women, let's go bowling etc.

This mission is no more than a cut scene you do not need full health or armor.Lets really LOOK AT who Roman is, for a sec.It is easy to advance time by saving, each time you save 6 hours go by. He wants you to be strong while he will be searching for the whereabouts of Dimitri. Niko will awake in his safe house in Bohan, wearing his old clothes. Jacob reacts by pulling him away and he even gets Niko a bit calmer. When the gun is empty he starts kicking the body. Outraged Niko takes the gun and empties it on the assassin. Niko turns around and sees Mallorie next to Roman, who is on the ground.
Then Mallorie screams, the first bullet killed Roman. Niko pushes the gun towards the face of the assassin and he pulls the trigger. Niko pushes his arm into the air and the gun fires a few more times. The assassin did not expect it and instinctively he pulls the trigger. Niko reacts like he is trained in the army and grabs the hand holding the gun. When Niko says he is, the stranger tells him he has a present from Dimitri Rascalov places a gun in his back. This changes when a stranger asks Niko if he is Niko Bellic. When they go outside everybody is very happy. When you get into the marker a cut scene will start in which Roman and Mallorie are pronounced husband and wife. When you are wearing a suit, a marker appears near the church. He also reminds you to wear some descent clothes he wants you to look good at his wedding. Shortly after 10 o’clock Roman gives you a call, he wonders where you are. He is getting married tomorrow! He wants you to sleep well and you will have to be at the church at 10 A.M. BellicĪfter Dimitri betrayed you and you have had to put up a fight together with Phil, Roman will call you. After Roman's phone call, when you're wearing nice clothes
